The VeganAfro™ Story




VeganAfro™ is a movement.  It is simply food + fitness + health + alternative medicine wrapped in a quirky, vegan package. The blog will feature:
-          A guide for  transitioning to veganism
-          Fruit, vegetable, spice and herb based remedies
-          SWV: Shopping While Vegan
-          Fitness tips
-          Delicious , healthy  and multicultural recipes for families, singles, couples, and athletes on any budget

VeganAfro™ is a movement and will be very, very different from other blogs that you may have visited. VeganAfro™ encourages our readers to “remix” our recipes. We will provide all the ingredients needed to make the recipe, right down to the herbs and spices, however we encourage you to follow your own lead.

Taste the dish while you are cooking and season according to your taste. You can add different spices or remove spices, take ownership of your dish! Cooking should be an adventure and an act of love.
