Why You Should Use Sea Salt Instead Of Table Salt!

Table salt is mined from underground salt deposits and undergoes a bleach process. Table salt is used industrially to de-ice highways, streets and roadways. Table salt is also known as sodium chloride. I sure that you noticed the word Chloride, the chemical used to sterilize pools and bodies of water. Table salt also has added “nutrients” like iodine.

Now you have to ask yourself, " do I really want to ingest a product that is used as a industrial de-icer? Do I really want to ingest a product that undergoes bleaching?"

If you want a healthier alternative, you can try unrefined sea salt. Sea salt is salt produced from the evaporation of seawater. Unrefined sea salt is more natural than table salt and healthier for you. Unrefined Sea salt can be found in a health food store or possibly in your local grocer.

Be sure to ask for UNREFINED SEA SALT. Sidebar: My favorite unrefined sea salt is Himalayan Pink unrefined sea salt (pictured above).
